Majority rules? Yeah, right

The concept of "majority rules" is becoming a misnomer. Why is it every time I hear about some school coming under fire for " ... one nation under God" or a coach getting canned for leading pre or postgame prayer or a courthouse plaque that, God forbid, references God or religion, it's ONE person who's offended?

And then because ONE person pisses and moans, change is effected. Where's my vote? Where's YOUR vote? At what point in life did we become so paranoid and afraid of the "I Loathe America" socialist ACLU and their ilk, that when ONE person starts complaining about something so inconsequential, we stopped saying, "You know what? Get a freakin life, moron, and stop wasting our time with this kind of BS."
